Acreage is still reasonable around Farmersville for a custom built home. Easy access to HWY 380 if the job is along that corridor.

There is nothing close to Farmersville and it is pretty small. I was there about 3 weeks ago. And if the job is anywhere but McKinney/Allen, the commute will suck big time.
