Does anyone have insight on good all day preschools for 3 years and up in the Metroplex? We are looking to transition our toddler into Greenhill/St. Marks afterwards. We've heard a lot about Lamplighter and Meadowbrook, but need an all day program.

Not sure which specific neighborhoods you're considering, but I've been extremely pleased with Apostles Day School (apostlesdayschool.com) in Coppell for my 2 children. It's a Montessori school with low student-teacher ratio so each child learns at his/her own pace and gets lots of one-on-one attention and while the school day is 9-2 extended care is offered from 7am-6pm and they are open on all but major holidays (my kids had extended care this past Friday and Monday while many schools were closed). Metroplex is a big area so may not be close for you, but very highly recommend it if you're looking in the Coppell/Las Colinas area. My son will be in kindergarten next year and looking at the kindergarten curricula for several local schools we're considering, including some well-regarded private schools, he could probably handle the academics of it today from what he's already learned even though he has a year to go.
