I'm surprised there are no posts about this?

The roof of the parking garage of the Renaissance collapsed.

Wow! Seems like this should be a BIG concern to the folks in Turtle Creek.

I wonder the impact on pricing for the units currently on sale. Not sure anyone would be interested in buying there while it is unclear why the garage collapsed destroying several cars

Why? this was a rare, isolated event likely created due to the excessive dead load placed upon the top level deck by the construction company. It wasn't related to geologic instability or any other regional factor.

You're staying with someone at 3225 Turtlecreek? If so, why not just ask whoever you're staying with where they park?

Most hotels in Dallas have parking, park where ever you're staying or find street parking. Dallas has no shortage of places to park a car.
