I will reach out to my recruiter to find out exact location.
Budget is not biggest of my worry but good school and reasonable travel is top priority followed by Indian community!

There are lots of Indian people in Richardson, too. It's a very international city.
Richardson's professional Indian community is chiefly in northeast Richardson, zip 75082. There are very few Indians in 75080 outside of UTD students, and most of the Indians in 75081 are older, less recent immigrants whose kids have already left the nest.

OP needs to look in 75082 exclusively if they want to find anything approaching a "critical mass" of Indian residents in Richardson, though I'd recommend they look elsewhere if one of them has to commute to Fort Worth.

That's the Alliance area in far north Fort Worth. You could drive there every day from Irving if you are willing to spend about 45 minutes in the car each way. It's 30 miles each way, so you will be putting 60 miles per day on your car. Fortunately, the commute won't involve a toll road.

Flower Mound is also an option. It has excellent schools, relatively green, open, family friendly Town with lots of biking and running trails if you are an outdoor person. There are good number of Indians in Flower Mound but not in huge numbers like Valley Ranch/Irving. There is a Flower Mound Hindu Temple. Alliance is approx 20 mins drive from West/South Flower Mound using 1171 West/35W South or 30 mins from North Flower Mound via 407 West /35W South. Both route are beautiful with very less traffic.

Flower Mound to Richardson will be 45 mins from North/East Flower mound and 45-60 mins from West/South Flower Mound. I have friends that commute to Richardson. Its not a commute anyone prefers but they are living at a walkable distance to the schools.

With the 2499 construction nearing completion(one side is already open), after 820/35W in Fort Worth and 1171 road construction is completed, Flower Mound will be under 45 mins to Dallas Down Town and Fort Worth Down Town from job and centrally location perspective. It is still under 45 mins now during regular hours but these road construction completion will alleviate the peak time commute.

The city of Keller and the northern part of Fort Worth would be the obvious choice here. Your commute would just be a few miles each day, so you would have a lot more time with your family. I don't know what the Indian community is like in those areas, though.
