I am looking for some data in plano, frisco, McKinney, las Colinas/Coppell, allen and flower mound areas only where HOA dues are over $150/ month for "Single Family" homes. I am looking for the following information. Please note I know town home and condo monthly HOA dues are high. This is only for single family homes.

1. Name of the sub-division
2. amenities covered
3. total acreage
4. Number of homes

Where can I get this information ?

Any help is appreciated.

Lantana had some neighborhoods with dues that high, although even the cheapest neighborhoods were at least $115 per month. That also included lawn maintenance and security alarm service.

Starwood in Frisco is over $2,000/year I believe. But they are gated and maintain their own roads. They also have tennis courts, a pool, and a gym. I'm guessing Stonebriar in Frisco is probably over $1,000 a year too as they are gated as well. Richwoods was hovering right around $1,000 last I saw and Philips Creek Ranch is probably pricey as well.

ETA: Most of the gates ones are probably over $1,000. So look at Newman Village, Latera, and the gated portion of Shaddock Creek.

Phillips Creek Ranch is a little over $2000/year although each neighborhood has slightly different rates based on lot size.

If you are looking for several data points, I would contact a property management company that could (might) give you a list of the information you are looking for.

For example, Insight Association Management in Richardson 214-494-6002 or Lone Star Management in Frisco (469) 384-2088
