I would thought it would be at Lake Lewisville too..
Is it good time to snap small houses near there ? should be quite a few employees for that park.

What is the difference between a lagoon and a swimming pool?

Reading their website, they essentially are large pools.

Really? I'd say it's just the opposite. Currently more growth is happening to the north, but I'd say it's short sighted to think that will always be the case. The north is getting more crowded and more expensive by the day, so we will see more and more people opt for other parts of the metroplex.

Besides, when this is done, it'll be quite the destination. It doesn't matter if it's not close to all the growth, people will flock from all over Texas to go here. I doubt people in Collin County would miss out on this just because it's not on their side of the metroplex.

IMO its shortsighted to think that Collin County is entitled to this development. DFW does not revolve around Collin County.

I don't care what anybody says about this development....Its freaking AWESOME!!..I think the Dallas area is perfect for development like this around our lakes....Since we are the largest inland metro in the states...It fills a vacation void for visitors and locals alike.....Fill all of our lakes with these and Dallas becomes a vacation destination quickly.

Right! LOL. But what they are calling a lagoon is a gigantic (like HUGE!) swimming pool. Don't get me wrong, it looks neat and I have looked up the other projects they've done.
