I've been with ATT for my uverse TV, Internet, and cell phone for a couple years now, and I'm planning to switching. T-Mobile appears to have improved over the years and overall, I can get more data for less price. My concern is whether reception, range and connection speed is sufficient. I live in one of the apartments in downtown and just want to see if anyone has any issues or experience.

I'm more concerned ATT Internet vs TWC. Right now, my max speed with ATT is 18mbps, and supposedly, TWC can get me up to 100 for a lesser price with their intro rate. Is TWC more reliable now? I'm particularly concerned with outages and whether this 'up to 100mbps' is really just 'up to..' And I'll end up getting like 15 or 20
