What about Cypress Waters which is in Dallas city limits but is in between Valley Ranch/Irving and Coppell? There are lots of apartments that are brand new going up there and they are zoned for Coppell schools from what I understand. I have no idea on the pricing - just drive by them and know that Coppell to Westlake isn't a bad commute at all (husband does it) and Cypress Waters is about 7-10 minutes closer than we are to Westlake.

Most of Cypress Waters will be 1 bedroom apartments. Do a search here and you'll see why... But Valley Ranch would definitely work!
