Thanks sooo much for the info on Quinlan/Hawk Cove! I've got another area we're looking into...Cleveland. Green Tree Estates in particular. This is a new listing as of this week. If you see the home, you will realize that we are looking for a fixer-upper. This is what we can afford. Living in South Florida, we couldn't even come close to buying a home outright in Florida at the prices we're finding in Texas! We're not afraid of a little hard work to make our house our home...

This is closer to Houston than it is Dallas. Even if your husbands job is in Houston this would be one LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG commute.
