you might look at La Villita in Irving.
Quick drive to HP.
Nice newer homes.
Plenty of diversity, depending on what that means to you.
Top rated elementary school, as well as a top charter school.

Do you know ANYTHING about Dallas at all???? I think you are strictly a burb agent. I moved from Las Colinas to the SMU area 2 years ago. It is not a great commute to HP from LC in rush hour and it only makes sense to do that commute if you happen to live there already when you must make the commute. There are so very many better choices right nearby if you are moving to the area for a job in HP.

In addition, that "top charter school" is almost impossible to get into, has so many applications. I think I read the lottery chances are 70:1.
