I am loving Valley Ranch! We just moved here. My daughter just turned 3 years old and I am looking for a preschool for her to go to. I want a place that is not only about playtime, but emphasizes more on learning and educational activities.
I want my daughter to meet the children that will stay with her as she goes to the Valley Ranch Elementary School.
I am curious about the wait-time and price. I don't mind paying more money if the school is worth it.

Any advice?

- Thanks!

Wonderful news! So glad you're liking it!

My children are grown, so, sorry, can't help with a suggestion of any one in particular, but here's the link to the Valley Ranch Association... and since there are five daycares in VR, I'm sure someone there could give you a great recommendation!

Welcome!

Discover and Share at Beltline and MacArthur has an excellent program. It is just 5 minutes from Valley Ranch. You can't go wrong with them. Privately owned, accredited, run and mangaged by a certified teacher who hires quality individuals. They have a web site ...just google Discover and Share. My child went there for Pre school and kindergarten (he missed the cut-off for public school). We were very pleased with the care and education he received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Congrats on the move, you have made a great decision VR is a great place to live. My son is 17 months and been in daycare since he was 6 months. Needless to say, I did quite a bit of research in the area. I loved the Primrose School and Children's Courtyard. In the end we chose Children's Courtyard and couldn't be happier. They put a huge emphasis on learning (my son learned sign language at 12 months and the older kids are learning Spanish). The kids are genuinely happy and they do lots of activities. A spot opened up at my work's daycare, after my son was at Children's Courtyard two weeks. Since that daycare is free, I left Children's Courtyard and enroll him at my work's daycare. We were back at Children's Courtyard after one day. Even though it isn't cheap, it is definitely worth it. Good Luck.
