right direction?!

Thanks ChristieP
You want to stay east of MacArthur and North of Northgate. Best if south of 114. Marabella's is a good location, its near the Northwest corner of 114 and O'Connor. I had some young friends who lived there for 4 years about 10 years ago & they liked the location.

In general, zip code for the places close to Lake Carolyn is 75039. Things not in the heart of Las Colinas can be 75062. Stay east of MacArthur for any apartments and don't go south of Northgate or you lose the safety of the LC security patrol.

Stay away from U. Dallas area. Anywhere near Carl Rd is low class student housing. Don't go east of Rochelle/Northgate intersection unless south of 114 in the heart of LC.

Not west of MacArthur. Trust me. There are some nice apartments on the west side of MacArthur but the profile changes from professionals to families.

Is West of MacArthur bad? If its only a change in setting from Professionals to Families that's not a huge factor to me. I'm sure ill be spending a lot of time exploring the cities and uptown dallas areas...

I'm more concerned with crime, and being out of my comfort zone( god forbid I bring up that topic again) lol.. jk...

Suggestions?...

Also found a few apartments in this area.. yay or nay?...

Las Brias Hills// Lakeside Landing// Song?? Seems to be a lot of apartments in that vicinity.. Any apartments of recommendation if this is an approved area?

Thank you!

Its not bad. The apartments are nice. The family population is heavily Indian. Hardworking people, and generally well educated.
