That's a dressage-oriented barn, and full care boarding is $650-750 per month.
We need the OP to come back and be more specific about what kind of barn she is looking for.

I am a dressage rider, but don't necessarily need to be at a dressage only barn. It seems like Aubrey has a lot of boarding options and I am told the soil is sandy. Are there any communities/developments that are in the Plano or Frisco area that cater to empty nesters or 50+ age? We have quite a few of those "active adult" communities here in AZ. We have 3 small dogs so a zero lot line situation wouldn't work for us.

Frisco Lakes (Del Webb) and Robson Ranch. Neither would be awesome commutes, but Frisco Lakes would be closer. The upside of Robson Ranch is it would put you very close to the riding community in Argyle, but the commute would be horrendous.

I don't think either of them are quite as extensive as Sun City & Sun City West, though (my grandparents were residents of Sun City West until this year)
