If these same kids and families attended school in Decatur Texas (nothing against Decatur), then took the SAT, what would their scores be ? grossly different ?

IMO it's a combination of genes (psychologists tell heredity = 40-60% of academic potential), parental involvement and positive peer pressure/group phycology/excellent teaching.
