130sqft for a brand new build (2016+) for FISD is cheap. At this very moment (April 2017), regular price for brand new build is close to 150sqft

As much as I love diversity in towns, a majority minority subdivision is NOT diverse, it is an ethnic enclave.

Got it. So diversity is okay, as long as it's not too much diversity. Can I call HP an "ethnic enclave"?
