Since foundations problems are incredibly common here, I don't think a house with a repaired foundation is of much concern.
Regardless, I plan to have a structural engineer inspect any house I consider buying, repaired foundation or not.

Our office just released numbers and overall the market is down in volume but sales prices are way higher.

IMO the reason volume is down is the supply of lower to moderate priced homes. There are a lot of people that would like to downsize, upsize or swap houses but can't due to little inventory and high prices. I also see a lot of people move out of DFW and lease their home thinking they may want to move back.

I own a $530k home and would like to downsize but will stay in the house because I have little options right now.

Lot of homes are just not hitting the market like you would see in a balanced market.
