Why don't you wait till you see the lawn crew working for one of your neighbors working, and ask them for a card? If the boss isn't there at the moment, I'm sure the guys will be happy to give you a card or at least the phone number.

Ultimately I would like to request something reasonable. I know there are some companies (my neighbor actually accidentally did this) that charge $200 to remulch a flowerbed with 10 bags of basic mulch. $2x10 = $20, charging $180 for labor is absurd.

Recommendations?
If it's so absurd to you, do it yourself.

It costs more than that bag of mulch to deploy vehicles, equipment, and crew.

Actually my guy is going to charge me a little over $200 to remove and replace 1 dead bush, put in a flat of annuals, and clean out and mulch one bed that's approx. 10 ft. long. So it sounds like your estimate of $200 for what you list is around market rate, based on my sample size of one.
