Maybe your front door is in Frisco (hence the address), but most of the property is actually in Little Elm. Are they allowed to split lots in Texas?

My agent is not doing much as he is giving cash back.. Any recommendations on real estate attorney ?

It is probably Little Elm with Frisco schools. Who provides city services?....Little Elm or Frisco....Fire, Water, Police, Trash.

I think it is a sales pitch..... Frisco has more prestige. Prices reflect this.

Good reason to always have a great realtor by your side when purchasing a new home. One who can help you verify this and hundreds of other little "big" issues that come up.

You can google the city boundaries of both cities. If your lot is close to the line you may have a problem. If it is comfortably in one or the other, you are probably okay. You can also call the city and ask if that address is within city limits.

Is the mailing/postal address the actual address of the house (house # and street) or is it an address of a model or maybe an office that is actually located in Frisco? Either way, I think it should be Little Elm.

Don't forget LE has higher property taxes too.

The Little Elm zone/Frisco ISD section is truly far west Frisco but you get cheaper housing because of city stigma/materialistic home buyers.

"True" Little Elm with LE ISD is more of a lake town/rural like town, lower income, cheaper restaurants, etc. However, I really like what they are doing by the lake, they are finally getting more higher end buildings, apartments, restaurants. Just got a Fuzzy's taco with a nice dining area.
