OK, I understand. I haven't actually been in Town East Mall in probably 25 years.

East Richardson Duck Creek, and the neighborhoods that border Sherryll Park golf courses north of Cambell are great. Lots of development in that area.

That link is a modern home just remodeled on the market, neighborhoods in that area are getting a lot of the housing stock remodeled. Lots of students in that area go to RHS (not sure the process), even though is not the feeder pattern, the elementary and middle school are solid.

Only thing modern about that home is the price tag. Screaming contemporary ranch in heavy flip mode.

I don't understand the comment. The exterior is hideous, but there's nothing that needs to be done to the interior.

Contemporary Ranch is as modern as you get in most of Texas, everything new built here in McMansion revival style they are new but they are not Modern! And sadly a lot of Mid Century Modern homes are being bulldozed for McMansions in different areas of Dallas.

And that stupid FENCE, good lord. BARF. Check the caulk job in the master bathroom too. Seriously? Couldn't drag a wet finger across that?

The whole thing is barf-tacular.

Uh try all the caulking in the bathrooms...for starters. Look close. If you half-ass caulking, what else did you skip? It looks like they didn't even stain the fence. Shouldn't be hard, there aren't any plants in the way.
