planning to buy a new home there and need some suggestions.Landon Homes are the cheapest and the lowest price range looks to be around 525k for a 3300 sq ft home in a 70*100 lot size.

Can anyone please provide some feedback on that community and the demographics and whether the price is worth for a landon home? Do you see prices increasing further there given that it is bit far from the highways.

Only Problem i see is its 8-10 mins from 121, which has 2 lanes and 3 school stops.

And also how are landon home impression series compared to reputed builders like Highland/Darling or AmLegend ?

any community suggestion to be less than $500 for new homes

Lexington Country is a nice subdivision but their location really sucks.

I live in Lexington and built with Landon. I previously built with Toll, and I had a better experience with Landon except for the warranty department. Personally, I would look at Edgestone due to location.

Check Landon Homes - Walnut Springs at Twin Creeks in Allen 121/Exchange.

You can compare/explore some of the following with other neighborhoods and see how you like.

Just near to 121 and you will have easy access to 75 and Richardson also, along with Plano/Legacy Center.
Shopping right across in McKinney Town Center, Watters Creek, Stonebriar, Outlet Malls, Village at Allen etc.
Overall look at feel of the area / trees at 121/Exchange
Highly rated Elementary & Middle schools, brand new STEAM center, two new athletic parks coming up nearby.
Amenities at Twin Creeks

Price is above $500k I think, you can check.

Just providing this information, IF you have not yet decided already on town/neighborhood - there are few others in that area 75013, good quality new construction (Twin Creek Villages, Connemera Crossing, Montgomery Farms, Ridgeview Villas etc.) for less than $500K, but patio type homes.

It's always worth to tour/explore all options available, compare and then take a decision, so providing this for information purpose, you can further do your analysis.

Neighborhood is very Asian. About three fourths Asian and mainly Indian. Schools in the area are really good and a new elementary school is being built near the community.
