Any thoughts on Quail Meadow subdivision, Wylie? (crime, neighborhood)

We are looking to move to this subdivision in Wylie, any thoughts will be appreciated. Is it a kid friendly neighborhood?, good schools? crime rate?

Any thoughts or advice about Wylie in general will be appreicated.
