Grand Home owners anyone? (Irving: buying a house, buying, pools)

Do any of you all own a Grand home? If so, did you encounter any problems with the builder? We are considering buying a house in their new community in Irving.
Would appreciate any helpful inputs.

I would do a search here in the forum under Grand Homes. I have heard really bad things about them. Like, they look grand on the outside, but a lot of people have had to sue them to get things taken care of that should have been completed right the first time.

I think they had an offer were they were offering "free" pools with their homes.

I think that Momof2DFW probably has some article references that she has posted on them in the past.
