To add on—above poster is correct about the only computer part of the KD program being vocabulary practice, which would be dry and impractical for an instructor to teach. Everything else -- classes, workshops, test reviews, bonus workshops, bonus lessons, planning seminars -- are led by teachers or directors. If things haven't changed, KD writes almost all of their own curriculum...most other college prep companies use College Board tests or Princeton Review tests (both of which anyone can find online). KD has its own dedicated curriculum team who actually sit down to take the national tests several times a year, then bring back that knowledge to write curriculum that is dead-similar to the real thing.

From my experience, probably the most critical (yet somehow most often overlooked) part of the KD College Prep program is the guidance. Of course, it's not perfect, but the real value is talking to the teachers who have 5, 10, 15+ years of experience teaching that test. And the Directors at each location (management) were consummate professionals in the college admissions field. They have coached so many kids through testing that they have seen it all...talking to them is both grounding and motivating. And the annual planning sessions KD offers their students are so helpful...there is an overwhelming amount of information to know about testing/college admissions and one of their senior Directors led my family through the process.

The value you gain from KD is immense...provided that THE STUDENT cares and THE STUDENT understands that they will only see improvement if they use KD's services. Hope this helps! I have a lot more to say; DM me for details.
