I will send out the name in DM's. I think that's better to not violate any rules here.
Feel free to check out their one star reviews on google. You will get the details.

I really wish I could expose this business on local news.

Done. I hesitated at first, but I want everyone know about their business ethics.

The best way is to simply not give them business. Move along to the next place up b

You can always change your review later, and so can any other customers.

Newly opened stores may provide monetary incentives for inflated ratings.
For an established store, it does not make any sense to risk the credibility of their existing "2k high end reviews".

Good move. You don't want to risk being hit with a slander/libel lawsuit. You can be accurate and correct and still lose in court. It really sucks but that's the way it is.

That doesn't stop them from what they are doing and fooling other customers who relies on these bogus reviews. This practice is definitely unacceptable in US, they NEED to learn that.

Not all go waste their time on reviews especially updating it. I did just because I read several other reviews of the same nature. That shows they just don't care about people calling them out and continue doing what they do. Even worse, the owner response is more like a standard BS template copy/pasted for these type of reviews.

Again. Relate your experience on your review.

There’s bigger things to worry about in life than some store’s online reviews.

Personally, the people that only trust online reviews and not their own instinct get what they deserve.
