I am so sorry about your dog -- it's the one year anniversary of my last one I lost. I know how hard it is..

Thank you Lakewooder. It looks nice. I tried calling but no one was there. I will try back again tomorrow.

Is the West Village too far? When we rode through there, we noticed all the apartments and thought the area looked nice.

I was by Ambrose this morning getting my morning pastry from Rush..yum!! Any idea when it will be open, Lakewooder? They still look heavy into construction.

West Village would be convenient, but not for walking.

Camden FM is not my fave - the others so far are better. A friend of mine lived there when they first opened and he had homeless sleeping on the patio. But...it's worth a look if the price is right.

Do you know of any apartments in the West Village - maybe any that you drive by and notice the name? It's so hard to find apartments online... thanks everyone for your help.

I had some friends in this bldg:
Zom Residential Communities -
But it wasn't a good fit for them as a family - they wanted to try urban living for a while after they sold their house. It's a great area where you can walk to everything!!

Here's another:
West Village :: Lemmon + McKinney - Dallas, Texas

Lookslike the Marquis group has a lot of bldgs. One in West Vil, the one on Gaston and another at Bryan Place (Texas St).
CWS Apartments

Sorry to hear about your dog. My cat has been with me for 19 years and I am so scarred of the day I have to say goodbye.

Here are some suggestions on apartments:

2929 Wycliff | a Broadstone Community

The Bryson at City Place Dallas, TX Apartments and Rentals - Bryson at City Place

Dallas Texas Apartments - Home - Easton Apartments I think the Easton give a discount for Baylor employees.

Drove around Bryan Place - I always have 30 minutes to kill in between dropping kids off...

Saw this small complex:
Bryan Place Apartments

3219 San Jacinto St Apt 102
Dallas, TX 75204
(214) 821-0003

-----------------------------------------------

Also consider a Power Property along Gaston or just off Gaston - it's a straight shot down to Baylor. Probably too far to walk, but could take the bus.

Another complex that popped up is the Jefferson at Bryan Place.
