We are planning to buy a new home in McKinney and budget is under 400k. Looking for 3+ beds, preferably 2 stories. Can someone recommend good neighborhoods, subdivisions and reputable builders who have homes under 400k? Also please suggest builders to stay away from. Any inputs on Gehan/Impression/Pulte/MI homes?
