Townhomes (Carrollton, Farmers Branch: apartment, rentals, townhouse)

Looking for a nice towhome, 1,500 a month 3bed, it has to be in the valley ranch high school, and barbra bush middle school. in the valley ranch, las colinas, area.We have to move in june2008.

There is only one on the market right now and it's a 2 bedroom. Would that work?

That's all I found, too, a couple of two-bedrooms... one a townhouse and one a zero-lot garden home in zip 75063 only. There's just nil on the market here right now.

You might keep close watch on craigslist.com and realtor.com for rentals in zips 75063, 75039 and 75038 as it gets closer to the school term ending, but then still, you're going to have to check w/the school district and their boundary maps to see if the property is within their boundaries for each school. Looking at a map and north of I635, CBISD only consists of the east side of MacArthur, while south of I635, there is a small area that's included on the west side of MacArthur as well as a large area on the east side of MacArthur... all north of 114. There is also another small area south of 114 on the east side of MacArthur.

You might want to look into a 3-bdrm apartment as there are a number that fall into that price range in the area.

Also, the high school I believe you are referring to is Ranchview High School, as both it and the Barbara Bush Middle School are in the CFBSD. Here is the link to the school district:

Have you checked out Craigslist? Just put in the specific area you want to look in & how many bedrroms. Make sure you check the "image" box, so that you can see the pictures of the property 1st.
