Default Wynwood Haven Estates

Does anyone know anything about this neighborhood in Frisco, on Lake Lewisville. The wife and I were looking at houses out in Frisco and stumbled upon it when we went to look at the Tribute neighborhood, which is located right next to Wynnwood. I looked it up on-line and the neighborhood appears to be on well water and septic system, which seemed strange, but is right next to the Tribute which is a nice master planned community. Any information you have on this neighborhood would be appreciated.

Here is the response to your previous question about this:

Wynnwood Haven Estates

It's on a septic because it's outside the city limits. Once and if it gets annexed, they will have to run a sewer system and of course the property taxes will go higher.
