I am looking for a garage apartment/backhouse, studio type place. I am a teacher in DISD and looking to move in a few weeks, possibly to Oak CLiff near my school, but also Uptown, Oak Lawn, Knox, Lakewood, SMU, VIllage, etc. Just trying to cut back on expenses as changing careers I took a hit financially and trying to save to take some Grad School classes. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, CP |

This is tricky because most people who have these simply put a sign out in the front yard or work by word of mouth. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Check Craigslist. My neighbor has an apt. over her garage and she listed it on Craigslist and got a tenant almost immediately. I'm sure that other people will have ads looking for tenants.
