Default Post Addison Apartments/Community

I'm thinking about moving to the Post apartments/community at Addison Circle soon and just looking for some honest reviews.

I live currently in this complex, and have lived here for about 6 months. The reviews on apartment ratings were really weird- most of the complaints are obvious at the outset. The biggest ones that I saw:

The parking: yes, most of the apartments will have garages about 3-4 minutes from your apt. This may be a dealbreaker for you, but you will know where your parking is before you move in. They've been pretty chill about letting you put your flashers on and park right next to the building if you have to move stuff (groceries, furniture, etc), so this hasn't been a real issue for me.

Parking was kind of bad during the recent Taste of Addison, but even then I still found a spot.

The rooms. Every room ins unique, which is kind of cool. The downside of this is that when you want to cancel your lease, they can show your apt while your stuff is still in it. Obviously, they don't have model apts to show b/c every one is different. Also, you have to give 2 months notice. Again, both of these you know before you sign the lease.

Overall, this is exactly what I wanted from a complex and I couldn't be happier. I like the dorm-style apts (reminds me of college), and I've met some cool people. The people are pretty, and everyone has been friendly. I have absolutely no regrets, and i'm trying to think of something negative, just so I don't sound like a promo- okay, the carpets. The carpets are kinda cheap and shed like crazy. You have to vacuum like once a week.

Let me know if you have any more specific questions. Post Addison has probably the "youngest" crowd North of Uptown/The Village, which is why it was so appealing (I work in Plano and do not want to drive 30 minutes every morning).
