I have not been to Vineyard location but Grapevine is really nice town and schools are good--that location is by Grapevine Lake and probaly has quite a bit of summer traffic but during school year probably not that bad---
wife would be driving to Denton which is about 30 min on 121/35N and is busy road
this link shows satellite for the Post Oak Place RV park in Denton--it is off 377 which is busy but not as busy as I-35 --there is RR track to the left side--don't know how busy/noisy that might be --has some trees around the slots-

this is RV park on Lake Ray Robers--about 30 min N of Denton--but from photos it looks pretty stark eventhough it is right on the lake--it is not that far from Sanger but don't think it would be very plesant for long-term stay...

this link has reviews of 3 parks in Denton including the Destiny park--it has good and bad reviews--and two others--apparently there are quite a few residents in the Destiny park who are full time residents--mentions kids catching the bus---

you can use that site to SEARCH the Denton area if you go to TX on top link and then magnify the TX map for Denton area--click on DENTON to left--it will pull up those RV park reviews--but at the top you see a list of towns in area with distance from Denton--click on each one and see reviews for parks in that area--not all have reviews and not all parks have a separate web site with photos but
once you get the hang of it--pretty helpful to use...
Like in Aubrey--Lincoln Park Manor gets pretty good review from someone who stayed a month for work...
Frisco has a listing (that is very upscale town so I was surprised) but it is really for smaller park in Lewisville area--by Lake Lewisville
Flower Mound which is S of Denton in Lewisville ISD and maybe in Denton ISD has a listing that sound very nice as well---TWIN COVES PARK link to site does not work but found this one

comments about the park make it seem older and not that lux but if you don't need the shower/restroom facilities it might be a good choice--but it might not be open all year--might close in winter
again--close to metro areas for activities/shopping/freeway commute into Denton

some of these parks advertise Internet connection--not sure how accurate that is or what the hook-up situation is...think it varies and some people might say one thing but acutal practice is different....if that matters to you...
