I'm curious: you have been posting apartment complex inquiries dating back to AT LEAST 2007; surely you have found somewhere in that amount of time? Could it be that you are getting paid for starting threads about apartment complexes, and your posts are really..............SPAM??????

The Village apartments are the best you can get for $650 in Dallas. The older complexes go for that amount. They are older but clean and in a good location. It looks like they have some new apts going up so you can check there.

Your only other option is to rent a privately owned fourplex or duplex in east dallas and maybe parts uptown/oaklawn.

Typcially a 1 bedroom apt in a decent area of Dallas starts at $1000, so your options are limited.
