if you want to actually see/be close, buy the reserved seats. as a bonus, you do not have to show up as soon as the gates open, like you do to get good lawn seats. I think they have jumbotrons/big screens now for the lawn seat people as well, but I might be wrong. have not been there in a loooong time (I still think of it as starplex!)

The lawn area is not covered and is really far from the stage even in the front row of lawn.

thank you to both of you. i was thinking no lawn seats. are the seats in the middle section okay? there is a bottom section - seats in the 100s and then seats in the 200s. are the 200s ok? someone is selling section 203 for $100 for both - best deal i've seen...i'm hoping he hasn't sold them yet!!

200 aren't bad at all as long as they're center, you'll have a great view. $100 is a deal.

it's actually towards the left if you're looking at the stage. section 203, row bbb. they're kind of far back. what do you think of that? okay or eh?

It's still not bad, that's the second row. The seat closer to the center is 1.

It would depend on how much you like her and if you want to spring more for closer seats.

I personally don't want to go to a concert if I'm not very close, don't ask me how much as paid for The Police, the upcoming Maroon V and others. If hubby knew how much I paid, he would kill me ;-)

I do not like the 100 section as this is somewhat of an amphitheater and it is in a "hole" and covered so you get NO BREEZE! In the very back of the 100's sections is okay. I like the middle sections in the 200 area (I believe 202 & 203???). I've never sat in the lawn area and you really can't see the stage though that well. You can take in a blanket but I don't think they allow lawn chairs. I'd rather have a real seat to put my tushy . We have scalped tickets to Smirnoff / Starplex or whatever they call it now. There are usually some in the area down from it at the corner standing around. Gotten pretty good seats to a Brooks & Dunn concert from one that was on the far right of the stage in the 100 section but closer to the back so we had some air movement. If you don't get them online thru Ticketmaster then try Craigslist or Stubhub.
