Grapevine Apartments connected to Exemplary Elementary schools? Anyone know of any?
Hello All,
I'm relocating into the area of N. Dallas and am focusing on the Grapevine area because I am interested in exemplary elementary schools for my child. I have found one apt. complex called Dove Park located Park Blvd, Grapevine. It is connected to the Dove Elementary school which is exemplary. Does anyone have any info on this apt. complex? I have had mixed feelings on it if I check the reviews thru apartmentratings.com. So I am a bit weary to make a decision right now. Not sure if anyone has a name of an apt. complex they know of that is recommended and with a good elementary school. I am hoping on not going over the 750-800 per mth rent for a 2 b/r. If anyone has a suggestion, thank you. JT

I would not recommend that complex. A friend of mine lived there and her car was burglarized in the parking lot, so she moved out!
I'd honestly recommend coming to Grapevine and looking around the neighborhoods yourself. There are LOTS of individually-owned rentals here, including a large neighborhood of townhomes that should feed into Dove. Many times they aren't listed online or in those rental books!
