Bumbledor is on a distinguished road
Default Help, relocating to Dallas soon from Michigan.

Yeah, I know, Texas is getting a lot of us Northeners. But hey, you've got all the jobs down there!

Im thinking of heading down around August, but have no idea where to stay on a tight budget.

Im a machinist by trade, and active on monster.com where I have applied to many companies in and around the Dallas/FW areas.

Most want me to come down for interviews and I am seting up appointments for the middle of august.

Is there anyone out there that can give me some advice about moving to texas?

Is there anyone out there that has a room or can put up a fellow for a few weeks, untill I find a job? I can pay for room and board, but it has to be reasonable.

This will be a difficult move, as I will have to obtain a job, find housing, then come back to michigan to bring my tools of my trade down to texas.

Any suggestions or help apprecated.
