Mr. Cummings has prior arrests on charges of vehicle and home burglary. Public records show no criminal history for Mr. Broadnax.

Didn't all three (including the one that was cleared in this crime) have outstanding warrants? That sounds like a criminal history. Even if it is a traffic ticket. If you don't pay it you are in violation of the law.

I know, I know, it is not easy, but we have to work together on this.

I am thinking maybe having Snoop do some PSA (public service announcements) and maybe bus passes for direct transport for parolees to Highland Park.

"yo wont to be stealing white fo moneeees? Go to where white fo gots moneeeeeee!"

It will be big baby. BIG.

There are some crimes against man that when I start to believe the Death Penalty is not needed, reinforces the fact that sometimes it is appropriate.

This is a pretty good argument for concealed handgun permits. To bad the good guys weren't armed and at least had a chance to defend themselves.

Okay *sigh* first of all have they gone to trial? What kind of atty let his/her client do a jail house interview confessing to murder??? How are you going to pick a jury after that?
Second, to OP you must not know the difference between insanity and just straight up street thug mentality. They are as sane as you and I but the difference is we go to jobs to get money we don't murder others for it!!!
I don't give a rat's behind how rough they had it in their lives, it doesn't justify taking another human being's life.
If it were your family members that were murdered would you be able to say "I feel so sorry for the killers". I don't think so.

One thing I like about the state of TX, they don't waste 20 years of tax payers money on senseless appeals. And yes I have heard all the arguments about how it actually cost us more to execute an individual than to house them. Whatever!

I feel sorry for the victims families that have to go to bed crying every night asking God why?

You know, the initial post is very clearly the classic troll post, but hey - that's never stopped me from replying!

I thank GOD that Texas has the death penalty. I would suggest drowning them in the blood of that a-hole punk that MURDERED the family of 5 in Plano with his car.

Don't bother swabbing their arms with alcohol before getting that final injection.

" I'm not sure if that was intended for me but O, yes indeed I know the difference" he just really has some issues and the way he was talking you can tell that the Demons have really destroyed his mind but the other person that is behind that evilness was revealed at the end of the interview and that is why he ended the interview because he was really trying to cry out for help - but Lucifer wouldn't let him.. .SAD though that innocent people were involved when he clearly indicated that he didn't want to live or had nothing to live for he should've just KILLED HISSELF. wouldn't you agree.. ..s.m.h(Shaking my head)
