Let's see, so the company that's BASED in Dallas finds that it is "#1 for real estate investment" based on the number of houses it bought?

Additionally, simply "buying" isn't a good metric for "investment". What about the sell side? Dallas prices don't swing nearly as much as other cities do.

Hey I know it's a puff piece but the Business Journal printed it and it is a small jab at Houston.

And I think they are right, but I am also biased.
