Default Wall Homes/ Standard Pacific Homes

Can any of the realtors on this board give me an opinion of either of these builders. They both build in the Falcons Lair subdivision in Mesquite and you get a whole lot of house for the money. I am talking 3,000 sqft for around $200,000-$220,000. I live in the area but I am not familar with with either builder.

jpeagle21 is on a distinguished road
I am no Realtor, but I do know that Wall and Standard Pacific build homes in more affluent areas like Rockwall, Frisco, and Allen......places where you would expect to get a quality home.....and pay much more for it.

I think the relatively low price in Falcon's Lair has more to do with the location (meaning Mesquite) and the slumping real estate market than it does with the builder's quility.

I have been through that area. The homes on the South side of Cartwright seem nicer than those on the North side.
