Default Drug use in Collin county
It appears that Heroin use in Collin county is back in the news.

From the Dallas Morning News
[indent]Heroin use by young people in Collin County appears less prevalent than it was a year ago, experts say, but the deaths have not stopped.

At least the story's not all doom and gloom.
