Is Eduardo himself still around? His restaurant has moved so many times over the years I didn't even think it was still around. I can remember going there gosh, probably 20 years ago as a kid with my mom and dad.

+Rep for Taco Delite; love it! Also, have to plug one of my favorite BBQ places: Bartley's in Grapevine. Poor Richard's Cafe in Plano. Someone else mentioned Dos Charros in Richardson; love that one too. Coppell Deli. Weinberger's Deli in Grapevine.

I'm kicking myself for forgetting this one. Talk about TRUE "mom and pop". It is IN THEIR BACKYARD!!!! Only open for lunch M-F and then they close when they run out of meat.

Walls Hamburgers in Rockwall.

For great German food, I love Fritzls Euro Grill in Rowlett. Be sure to call before you go as they return to the Old Country often to see family.

That reminds me - Bavarian Grill in Plano. Good schnitzel, great beer selection, and German sing-a-longs. The train track around the ceiling is a nice touch.

Not sure. I have know about them for three years and they have been in their current location since then.

Here is a link to their menu. See if it looks familiar to you.
