Park Cities Property Tax
Where would I find info on this? Do the Park Cities fall under Dallas tax base? Anyone know roughly what % are the Park Cities prop taxes?

The Park Cities are in Dallas county and you will find taxes are assessed by DCAD just like Dallas. Although taxes are very high because of the high valuations the rate might be a bit lower than surrounding areas. The very high value residences are often sold without price disclosure so it is very common for them to be appraised at under market value.

I found a website once that listed all the property tax percentages for all the cities / suburbs of Dallas but can't for the life of me find it again. If anyone knows of this site, can you post the url? Thanks!
