New Construction in Fairview? (Dallas, Fort Worth: foreclosures, lease, home builder)

I will be relocating from Illinois. I like the Fairview area, and I'm wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any new construction going on? I'm looking for a single family home, acreage doesn't matter (actually the smaller the better). I would like to be in the Lovejoy ISD also. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Yes there is new construction going on in the Lovejoy ISD. There are also a few foreclosures that have never been occupied. There are also a few resales that are only a couple of years old too.

Most of the new construction in Fairview on small lots are on the west side that is not zoned for Lovejoy. The parts of Fairview in Lovejoy are almost all on acreage. If you don't have to have new construction there are several subdivisions in Allen with small lots (where small means less than an acre they are normal size lots compared to other parts of Allen) that go to Lovejoy.
Specifically, Bellgrove, Country Brook, and Stacy Ridge.

There is a new development between Bellgrove and Stacy Ridge by Paul Taylor called stacy estates. Paul Taylor Homes Dallas Fort Worth Texas find a home builder build on your land lot

Also further down the line there is a development going on in Mckinney that is Zoned for Lovejoy. Its a pretty big development I believe they are going to be about 1/2 acre size lots. I don't remember the name of the place. They are still putting in the roads last time I drove by so it might be awhile before they have houses ready.

If you want to consider acreage. David Weekly has a subdivision called Wolf Creeke that is in Lucas but on the Border of Fairview.

Further South in Lucas there are tons of new communities on Acreage.

There is development called "Tranquility Farms" just south off of country club road. They are building a new school across from it.
It is like the Barrington, IL area.

We have a wonderful home we are looking to sell / lease to the right family. It is a 4/5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, media room, family, living, 2 dining areas, large kitchen, granite throughout, plantation shutters, beautiful swimming pool blt in '05. Square footage is ~ 3,900 and in wonderful Lovejoy ISD! It will be available in March. We are staying in Lovejoy due to the schools and how well our kids are doing. If interested, please let me know.
