Default Best place for a toddler's first haircut..

I'm in need of a recommendation for a hair salon that maybe "specializes" in cutting kids' hair. I have typical toddler who doesn't like to sit still. We live in Rowlett, but any place in Garland, Plano, Rockwall, N. Dallas or surrounding areas would do. Thanks!

Ok, I googled "Kids hair solons" and found many results. I found a really good one called "Kids B Kids". It looks like they specialize in families and toddlers. Here is their website...Children's hair salon, Kids Haircuts, hair care. Plano and Dallas, Texas. They have 2 location, 1 in Dallas and 1 in Plano.

Dallas Location
14902 Preston Road #406
Dallas, TX 75254-9131

Plano Location
3100 Independence Parkway Suite 106
Plano, TX 75075

Also, there is a coupon for $2 off a haircut on the website.

Hope this helps!

Also, I would appreciate if you would give me some reputation points by rating my posts. I am trying to get more, so I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

There is a place called Cool Cuts 4 Kids in Garland. I believe they are part of chain. The interior is real kid friendly, right down to the chairs. It's on 190 and Garland Avenue in the Super Target Shopping center.

Liam got his first haircut at Cool Cuts for Kids. Extremely nice place to take your kid.

How time flies, before a party yesterday we went to Medallion Barbers, and he was so proud to be getting a haircut from the grownup barber shop

There is also a kid friendly place across the street from Town East Mall. It's right near the Target store and they cater to kids only.

We go to that Kids B Kids place longhornfan posted about....love it!!! They have a train table and other toys to play with while you wait (or your kids to play with, I mean, haha) and have neat little cars/ trucks/ motorcycles to sit on while getting their hair cut. If you go to the Plano one, call and make an appointment with Dalia...she's great!!!
