Where to Buy In Dallas (to rent) ?
I am planing to buy a home to rent in plano/frisco/Allen/etc areas. I live in New York and since the cost of buying a home here is very high and being a first time home buyer, I like the Dallas area from an affordability perspective. I plan to eventually move to Dallas (say in 5 years) and I want to build up equity. My budget is <= 250K.
Which areas should I look at and what potential issues could I face renting the property. Please advice.
