The inside of dallas city has both very bad areas and some good areas. I think the northern/eastern area of dallas is full of registered sex offenders and other criminals (Not to be confused with far north dallas which is a real good area). Isn't west side bad too? Central Dallas is real ghetto and ancient looking, I'm not sure how bad the crime is there. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

There are some nice areas in Irving in the district of Los Colinas. The area is mostly hispanic, correct me if I'm wrong, and is close to the city. However, the rent may be higher than what you want to pay.
