If You Change Address.........
Do you have to update that on your driver's license? What are the consequences if you don't?

Your voter registration card will go to the old address as well as any jury duty notices. Can you update your address online?

If you get pulled over, and the police officer notices the address on your DL and insurance don't match, you can be given a ticket for not updating your DL. You're supposed to update it within 30 days, and I think you can even do it online.

Ya, you have 30 days to change it or you will get a ticket if you get pulled over. When we moved to Dallas from New York, i forgot to change mine at first and went almost 2 months without changing it. Then I realized it and changed it. I'm glad I didn't get pulled over.
