Commuting time hwy121/tollway (Haskell: living, work, town)

I am going to be living at the intersection of hwy121 and north tollway
what will be the commuting time to go to downtown intersection Haskell/75
area.

What time of day will you be commuting?

It'll also depend on how you plan on getting there. Surface streets or DNT to PGBT to 75 to Haskell? Although during rush hour the surface streets can, on occasion, be faster.

I dont mind using any cobination of routes as long as it gives me the shortest commuite.
I need to be at work at 9.00 am and leave work form the evening at 6.00 pm.
