I got in on a promo w/ ATT-Uverse, 30/30/30 DSL, TV with 200 channels, and Phone with free long-distance, two TVs w/ DVR that works for both, and three computers on wifi. The installation was on time and we never had any problems since.

I was just going to start a thread about this. I have TW and I'm fine with it but ATT keeps pushing these deals to me to get U-verse. I have had ATT wireless for years and love their customer service. Just got local phone service with them a month and a half ago as well as Internet and also love it. Again, no problems with customer service.

Just not sure if the U-verse is good and how it works and what not. I HATE that TW does not have NFL network.

U-verse comes in packages of 100, 200,300,400, We got 200 as part of the 30/30/30 promotion. Reality is we get NFL network but its blacked out most of time for games. But can be bought pay per view so to speak.
Considering past personal experiences in the past, I am pleased AT&T didn't scew up this new plan service and install so far even though they bill separate instead of what they originally said they would do which is put all on the same bill. But to be fair there is some legal clause they can't do this yet, hopefully it will get resolved.

Default Unhappy customer

I moved in our apartment complex and wasn't told that TWC was the only company allowed to have services. I got their bundle package and honestly it Ok and i got their international plan for $19.99 and am having problems because when i got the package their sales rep told me i could call anywhere in the world as long as i didn't go over a 1000 minutes but he failed to mention it doesn't include any African countries. So now i'm still fighting over a $864 bill i got last month. Been calling everyday to get it resolved and i was told they are going to call me monday before 5 pm since they had to review the transcript when i first order my service. I don't mind the service and always been ok with it i just don't like what i was told and am being told what to pay. The problem is i've been calling for over a month and only last week someone finally put in an order to resolved the matter. I did have someone call me to talk about it but when i told her i wasn't disputing the calls but what i was told where i could call she told me she'll get back with me but never heard from her.

Good Luck with TWC. I lived in an apartment that had only TWC and their Internet and Customer Service was horrible. Every time, I called them for internet connectivity issues, the person on the other side treats you like a dumbo and never understands the actual issue.

Specific to your issue, I will be surprised if you get a follow up call TWC and even if you do, be prepared to pay at least 60% of your bill. Most of the times, the customer representative do not understand what the problem is and resolve it, but they give you a 10 or 20 % off the bill and get you off the phone. You can try and escalate it to the manager and if you do, GOOD LUCK ONCE AGAIN.
