Good Luck with TWC. I lived in an apartment that had only TWC and their Internet and Customer Service was horrible. Every time, I called them for internet connectivity issues, the person on the other side treats you like a dumbo

and never understands the actual issue.
Specific to your issue, I will be surprised if you get a follow up call TWC and even if you do, be prepared to pay at least 60% of your bill. Most of the times, the customer representative do not understand what the problem is and resolve it, but they give you a 10 or 20 % off the bill and get you off the phone. You can try and escalate it to the manager and if you do, GOOD LUCK ONCE AGAIN.
