Looking for a one bedroom for less then 600-750 Dallas / month
I need to rend a one bedroom apartment for under 600-750 dollars / month. I need this apartment to be within 30-45 minutes (driving) from Dallas and be in a SAFE neighborhood. Also, not a dump......can be simple but has to be clean. Can you please tell me where I can rent such a place.

Reason: Combined your two identical threads requesting apt info... no need for new thread when subject is the same--apts in Dallas

30 minutes from what part of Dallas? To be honest with you most anything under $600 a month is not going to be safe or nice. There are plenty of apartments in northeast Dallas in that price range, but you are also likely to get robbed in broad daylight.
Check along Forest Lane, Skillman Street, Audelia, and Walnut. ZIPs would be 75231, 75243, 75238.

$600 will be tough. It can be done, but you are more likely to find that through an independant landlord. Sometimes a converted house will end up with one small apartment that gets rented cheaply. Or in a neighborhood where older homes are being bulldozed for mcmansions the few small duplexes remaining are often quite reasonable
Take a look at this
that might well do it for you. Or keep an eye out for something similar.

try the apartments around Arlington. It is a college kid town so there is lots of cheap apartments there. Not sure if lots of low lives live around there or mostly just college kids.

It's been a long time since I have looked at apartments but I would suggest you look at Garland (along I30) or Mesquite (I30 and Northwest area). Both of these area's are pretty quit and you should be able to get a small 1 bedroom for your price range.
