Native Blue Ridge is on a distinguished road
Blue Ridge is altogether a good place to live and raise kids. If you are looking for a small town atmosphere with the convenience of being close to cities such as McKinney this is the place to be. However there are some cons to living in Blue Ridge. There are a lot of “big city developers” coming to Blue Ridge to develop un needed housing additions and trailer parks because they don’t have the funds or experience to develop in big cities. This is bringing a lot of “interesting people” in to our small town. We are starting to have more and more problems with vandalism and other kinds of illegal activity lately.
